The things worth asking first.
What happens to my decks if I stop paying?
They stay yours — editable, exportable, shareable. Dropping to Free limits how many new decks you can keep and how much AI you get; it never locks you out of documents you already made. Holding your own work hostage is not a pricing strategy.
Is the export watermarked on the free plan?
No. PowerPoint, PDF and PNG are identical on every plan, with no watermark and no slide limit. The promise is a deck you can hand to a client without touching it; a watermark would break exactly that. We charge for AI volume and brand control instead.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. 14 days of Pro, no payment details. It lapses to Free by itself.
What counts as an “AI draft”?
One run that turns your brief and your sources into a full outline. Editing the draft afterwards, dragging figures onto slides, exporting, and sharing cost nothing — those never touch a model. Copilot suggestions inside the editor are much smaller and are counted at their real size, so a day of editing does not eat a draft.
Who processes payments?
A merchant of record handles checkout, invoicing and sales tax, and is the seller on your statement. Card details never reach us — we never see or store them.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — write to hello@useslidr.com within 30 days and we’ll refund it, no argument. The trial exists so it shouldn’t come to that.
